Refund Policy

The 2023 Underground Music Showcase is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds or exchanges. All purchases are non-transferable and all event information, including the lineup, is subject to change. 

However, if the 2023 Underground Music Showcase is rescheduled or canceled, refunds are available if your tickets were purchased through our official ticketing portal. We cannot verify the policies of third-party ticket resellers.

Age Restriction

Kids under 10 are free. Kids 10 and up are full price. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, no exceptions. Many stages and venues are 21 and up. 

Miscellaneous Policies

No dogs, weapons, or bad attitudes.

Join us for three days of music across multiple outdoor stages and over a dozen indoor music venues for 100s of shows. Founded in 2001, the Underground Music Showcase is Denver's longest running, and largest music festival. See you on Broadway.
